Find your tickets

Go to Settings → My tickets.

Your purchased tickets. Show the QR at the event to check in.

Each ticket shows the event, the date, which tier you bought, and a status.

At the door

If the organizer is scanning people in, your ticket displays a QR code with Show at check-in beneath it. Open the ticket on your phone and let them scan it.

If the venue has bad signal, open the page before you arrive — or take a screenshot. The code doesn't change.

Not every event uses check-in. If yours doesn't, your ticket is simply your proof of purchase.

Ticket statuses

A ticket only shows a QR while it's Valid. Once you're checked in the code disappears, which is expected — it's done its job.

Just bought and can't see it?

You don't have any tickets yet. A ticket you just bought may take a moment to appear while your payment is processed.

Payments take a few seconds to clear, occasionally longer. Wait a moment and refresh.

If it still isn't there after a few minutes, check for the confirmation email. No email usually means the payment didn't complete — nothing was charged, and you can buy again.

Seeing your order

Each ticket has a View order link showing what you paid: subtotal, tax, total, and the status of the order.

If your order is still processing you'll see Your payment is being processed — your tickets will appear shortly. The page checks itself a few times, then offers a Check again button.

Reach the order through My tickets, not by bookmarking the page. The order page needs information that only the link from your ticket carries — open it from a bookmark or a pasted URL and you'll get Order not found even though the order is fine.

Refunds

You can't request a refund here — contact the event organizer. See How to get a refund.

If one has been issued, the ticket shows Refunded and Refunded — this ticket is no longer valid.
