Track your ticket sales

Open your event and go to Sales overview — either from the link beside your ticket types, or from the Host functions card on the event page.

Sold and remaining tickets, plus revenue for this event. Figures are aggregate and pre-tax.

What you'll see

Tickets sold — the headline count, with remaining underneath. If every tier is unlimited it'll say Unlimited remaining rather than a number.

Gross revenue — everything taken, before fees. Beneath it: Net … · fees …, which is what actually reaches you after the platform fee. See What Gathrings charges.

Refunded separately — only appears if you've refunded something.

Sales by tier — a table of each tier with sold and remaining, so you can see which price point is working.

How to read the figures

Refunds are not subtracted from gross or net. They're reported on their own line. So if you sold $500 and refunded $100, gross still reads $500 and the refunded line reads $100 — your actual position is $400 before fees. Worth remembering before you quote a number to your board.

Everything is pre-tax. The fee line is the platform fee, not GST or QST. Tax is tracked separately and isn't shown here.

Figures are aggregate. No buyer names, no individual orders. For that, see Issue a refund, which covers the orders list.

What it's useful for

Deciding how much food to order. Tickets sold is the real number — RSVPs tell you who intended to come, tickets tell you who paid.

Seeing which tier is working. If your student tier sold out and the standard tier didn't move, that's pricing feedback for next time.

Knowing when to add inventory. A tier at 48 sold · 2 left a week out is a tier you should probably extend.

Who can see it

Only people who can manage the event. If you land here without permission you'll see:

You don't have permission to view this event's sales.

It won't show you everything

There's no export, no chart over time, and no breakdown by day. If you need sales-over-time or buyer-level data for reconciliation, your Stripe Dashboard has it — this page is a quick read, not an accounting tool.
