Event reminders should include Add-to-calendar and Get-directions buttons

**EN** When a member gets an **event reminder** (email / notification), it should include two quick actions right there: - **Add to calendar** — one tap to save the event to their calendar. - **Get directions** — one tap to open the event location in maps. So they can act on the reminder immediately without having to open the event first. *Note: distinct from #202 (add-to-calendar / open-in-maps on the event page) and #151 (reminders) — this is about putting those buttons inside the reminder itself.* --- **FR** Quand un membre reçoit un **rappel d'événement** (courriel / notification), il devrait inclure deux actions rapides directement : - **Ajouter au calendrier** — un clic pour enregistrer l'événement dans son calendrier. - **Obtenir l'itinéraire** — un clic pour ouvrir le lieu dans Maps.
