Feedback widget renders as a black circle on the Contact us page

Reported by customer Alexis Gingras via messenger. The feedback widget displays as a solid black circle on the Contact us page instead of the expected widget. The customer attached a screenshot (Screenshot_20261029_124050.png). No documentation was found explaining the cause. A support ticket (#12) was already opened with the team for investigation.
