No way to create a private event anymore

There is no longer any way to create a private event. The visibility choice that used to be available when creating an event is gone, so every new event can only be public. **Where:** Event creation (and edit) — no visibility/private option is shown. **Expected:** Being able to choose to make an event private when creating or editing it. **Steps to reproduce:** 1. Create a new event. 2. Look for a visibility / "private event" option. 3. There is none — the event can only be created as public.
