Mobile: 'Notifications' settings tab has a different style / Onglet mal formaté

**EN** In the profile/settings tab menu (Modifier le profil · Connexions · Préférences · Notifications), the "Notifications" tab is styled differently from the others. The other tabs sit inside the rounded grey bar, but the active "Notifications" tab renders as a white box that breaks out of the container and overflows to the edge. - **Expected:** the "Notifications" tab should match the styling of the other tabs (consistent active/selected state within the same container). - **Where:** mobile — profile/settings tab navigation (/settings).
