'Leave organization' shouldn't be a floating button that follows on scroll

The "Leave organization" action is shown as a floating element that follows the user as they scroll, overlapping page content. On the organization profile it sits on top of the Members list (e.g. overlapping a member row) rather than being a normal, static action. **Expected:** "Leave organization" should be a normal in-page action (e.g. in the organization's menu / settings, or a static button on the page), not a floating link overlaid on the content and following the viewport. **Where:** Organization profile page — the "Leave organization" action floats over the Members section.
