Rename "Settings" to "My Account" now that Connections lives there

The left-hand section is labelled "Settings", but it now contains Edit Profile, Connections, Preferences, and Notifications. "Settings" no longer describes the content well — Connections in particular isn't a setting. **Suggested:** Rename the section to something like "My Account" (or "Account") so it better reflects that it holds profile, connections, preferences, and notifications together. **Where:** Left navigation section currently titled "Settings" (Edit Profile · Connections · Preferences · Notifications).
