Logo uploader crops images instead of resizing them

The logo uploader crops uploaded images to a fixed shape, cutting off parts of the image. This happens when uploading a logo for an event, group, or organization. **Expected:** The uploader should resize the image to fit, keeping the whole image visible. It should not crop. **Where:** Logo upload on event, group, and organization create/edit screens. **Steps to reproduce:** 1. Create or edit an event (or a group, or an organization) 2. Upload a logo image that is not square (e.g. a wide or tall image) 3. The preview and saved logo are cropped — parts of the image are cut off instead of the whole image being resized to fit
