UserProfile missing interests field in frontend type

## Bug Backend UserProfileMe includes interests: list[str] but frontend UserProfile type has no interests field. ## Impact Interest-based features (profile display, discovery matching) cannot work. User interests are silently dropped. ## Fix Add interests: string[] to frontend UserProfile type. ## Found by API contract audit (2026-03-19)
