Organization logo upload fails with UPSTREAM_ERROR

## Bug Uploading a logo on the organization settings page fails with an `UPSTREAM_ERROR`. ## Steps to Reproduce 1. Go to an organization settings page 2. In the **Logo** section, upload an image 3. Click **Save Changes** ## Expected Behavior Logo should upload and be saved to the organization profile. ## Actual Behavior The POST request for the logo returns an error: ```json { "code": "UPSTREAM_ERROR", "message": "Could not upload logo right now" } ``` ## Environment - Browser: Firefox - URL: localhost:1000/organization/skeptics-in-the-pub/settings - Date: 2026-03-17
