Avatar in dropdown menu uses full-size image instead of thumbnail

The user avatar displayed in the navigation dropdown menu loads the full-size avatar image instead of the small/thumbnail variant. This causes unnecessary bandwidth usage and potentially slower rendering. ## Expected Dropdown menu avatar should use the small/thumbnail variant of the user avatar. ## Actual Full-size avatar is loaded and scaled down in the dropdown, wasting bandwidth.
